This website lets you book and pay for a one-to-one online consultation. It is run by the business whose details appear at the bottom of this page, and "we", "us" and "our" mean that business.

When you book we ask for your name, phone number, e-mail address, country, and city or state. You may also write what you would like to discuss, which can include information about your health.

Payment is taken by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We keep the payment ID, the amount and the time.

To take your payment, to e-mail you your booking link and confirmation, to contact you about your consultation, and so that the person you consult can prepare. We do not sell your information.

• The booking calendar you use to choose your time. Your name and e-mail are filled in for you.
• The software company that runs this website, Nevorai, which stores your information for us and may use automated tools, including AI, to run and support the service.
• The people at this business who run your consultation.

If advertising tools are switched on for this site, they receive only your contact details in protected form. They never receive what you write about your health.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as our accounts and the law require. You can ask us to delete what you wrote about your health, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
